Position Rank: TE #3
Conference Rank: SEC #37
Team Rank: Ole Miss #4
Despite a down season by his standards, Evan Engram was the second leading receiver among tight ends in the SEC in 2015. Engram will be more involved in the Ole Miss offense in 2016 with the loss of star receiver Laquon Treadwell and should be see a return to his sophomore numbers of 38 receptions and 662 yards receiving. Although his receiving numbers were down last season, Engram improved as a blocker and has become a dynamic offensive weapon for the Rebels. As the most experienced receiving threat in Chad Kelly’s high flying Ole Miss offense, Engram should do more than enough to cement his status as one of only three tight ends to make it into our top 100 players of 2016.
