On a brand new episode of BetOnline All Access, the guys took a closer look at the ACC tournament. Drew Butler and Nick Bahe each gave out their favorites to take the tournament.

Drew Butler’s Pick: Georgia Tech +600

Butler liked Georgia Tech’s hot stretch of basketball entering the tournament to continue in the tourney. Tech won 6 straight to close the regular season, including 3 wins on the road against ACC opponents.

Georgia Tech has the benefit of the double bye in this tournament, and will be well rested when the bracket turns to them. They’ll also benefit from being on the weak side of the ACC bracket.

Nick Bahe’s Pick: Virginia +260

Nick leaned towards the regular season champions to take their championship pedigree and win the tourney. Unfortunately for Nick, Virginia was ruled out of the tournament shortly after the release of the episode due to a positive COVID test.

Armchair Media’s Pick: Georgia Tech +600

We’re going to have to go with Drew Butler on this one. Georgia Tech is playing high level basketball right now. You can argue they’ve been the best team in the conference over the past two weeks.

Georgia Tech is able to rely on solid defense when shots aren’t falling. The ability to pressure the hell out of teams who’ve played on consecutive night’s while Georgia Tech has been off, will prove large for the Yellow Jackets.

Give me the Yellow Jackets to take ACC crown at +600.
