After two previous commitments to schools within the state of Florida, Morven Joseph is headed to Rocky Top. The newest Vol commit for the 2020 class chose Tennessee over Florida and Florida State. FSU was the main competition here mainly due to the presence of DL coach Odell Haggins. In the end, the stability and path to early playing time won over Joseph for the Vols.

At 6-3, 225lbs, Joseph is a nightmare coming off the edge. I mean come on, the guy looks like he could average 5 sacks a game right now.

Defensive line is a huge need in this class, and it looks like the Vols will close it out nicely. Plus there are still a couple spots left for some February signees. More than likely, one of those spots will be for another defensive lineman. One option could possibly come in the form of a flip.
