GAME RECAP
Kansas State exploded out the gates as they rallied up a quick 13-1 lead. Kentucky fought back and made a huge run towards the end of the half where they cut the deficit to 4. It was a nail biter the whole second half. Both teams not giving each other an inch. It wasn’t until the final minute of action where we could see who was going to win. Kansas State guard Barry Brown drove past a Kentucky defender and made an extremely difficult finish to give his team the lead. Kansas State got the stops it needed after that and walked out victorious.
PLAYER OF THE GAME
Xavier Sneed was easily the star of the game for Kansas State. Despite foul trouble and eventually fouling out, he led the way for his team with 22 points. He also added 9 rebounds to go along with that.

My name is Matthew Carnahan. I’m a fan off mostly every sport that exists but the NBA has and will always be my favorite. Growing up I never really had a favorite team, I had favorite players. Those players ranged from Lebron James to Kobe Bryant to Steve Nash . I believe the NBA is the easiest sport to have favorite players in as it’s easier to build familiarity with them when they’re not wearing a helmet or mask. I’ve had a lifelong love for the NBA and it’s why i’m so passionate when it comes to covering it.
