ONE on TNT 4:

April is almost gone, as is the ONE Championship monthlong miniseries of MMA on WarnerMedia cable network TNT, as Wednesday night, ONE on TNT 4 airs (again on tape-delay) from Singapore at 10 p.m. ET and PT right after AEW Dynamite.

ONE on TNT 4 also streams alongside of the East Coast TNT feed at 10 p.m. ET, 7 p.m. PT over the TNT mobile app for those who want to watch the event without any additional tape-delay—following the undercard on BR Live and the BR Live YouTube channel.

In total, this card features five MMA fights, along with a single Muay-Thai bout, a Women’s Strawweight (125 lbs.) contest between Jackie Buntan and Ekaterina Vandaryeva.

Highlighting the MMA fights is a Heavyweight championship contest between Aung La N Sang (26-11) and Reiner de Ridder (13-0), a five-round fight at five minutes per round.

Atypical of other MMA promotions, ONE Championship classifies weight divisions based on a fighter’s normal weight—as opposed to what the scales show during the pre-fight weigh-ins—and has outlawed dehydration-based weight cuts, this ban going into effect after the 2015 death of Yang Jian Bing, who passed away from a dehydration-based weight cut.

The lone exception to this is the Heavyweight class, which has the same 265-lb. maximum as other organizations in the sport.

Contender Comparison: Note: No reach advantage is available for this fight.

Heading into the last main event of the miniseries, Reiner de Ridder is the taller man at 6-foot-4, with Aung La N Sang standing 6-foot-1.

How they got here:

Aung La N Sang has gone 4-1 in his last five MMA appearances, seeing a four-fight winning streak snapped most recently against Reiner de Ridder in October during ONE Championship: Inside the Matrix, setting up this rematch.

In the other corner, Reiner de Ridder has gone 5-0 in his last five fights and has yet to lose in his MMA career, including a unanimous decision victory against Leandro Ataides last year during ONE Championship: Warrior’s Code.

Prediction: Reiner de Ridder by first-round TKO.

Other MMA fights on ONE on TNT 4 include:

Co-Main Event: Eddie Alvarez (30-8) vs. Rae Yoon Ok (14-3) [Featherweight: 155 lbs.]

Oumar Kane (3-0) vs. Kirill Grishenko (3-0) [Heavyweight]

Shinya Aoki (46-9) vs. Edward Folayang (22-10) [Lightweight: 170 lbs.]

Colbey Northcutt (1-1) vs. Courtney Martin (debut) [Women’s Flyweight: 135 lbs.]
